One of the OG oppas—Kim Woo Bin is set to hit our screens again with his newest series project under Netflix titled “Black Knight.”
Black Knight is a post-apocalypse live action sci-fi series directed by Cho Ui-Seok, starring Kim Woo Bin, Song Seung-Heon, E-som, and Kang You-Seok. Set in a dystopian world, the series follows the journey of refugee Sa-wol, and the legendary deliveryman 5-8, as he takes on the all-powerful Cheonmyung Group in a dystopian version of Korea.
The story will take place 40 years ago where a comet impact left the Korean peninsula deserted and only one percent of the population survived. The country is ravaged by extreme air pollution, rendering it uninhabitable without an oxygen mask. The survival of humanity now depends on the Black Knights— and they’re far from the average delivery men.
This is slated for worldwide release on May 12, 2023.
