Now that the third season of the popular Netflix series, Stranger Things, is now available for streaming and binge-watching, our fangirl or fanboy spirit is at an all-time high.
Not only is the new season a new chapter in the lives of Mike, Eleven, Dustin, Will, Lucas, Max, and the rest of Hawkins, Indiana, it is also inspiring us to dress up like we belong in the era when REO Speewagon’s “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” Madonna’s “Material Girl,” and Wham!’s “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” first hit the radio.
Curious about where and how to get your hands on Stranger Things-inspired items without having to resort to overpriced, international shipping fee? We know exactly where you can go.
1. Case Study and The Rail
For some legitimate Stranger Things stuff, head straight to Case Study and The Rail. The two, known for curating street-inspired clothes and accessories for men and women, are the only shops in the Philippines that carries official merch items from the show.
The items available include shirts, ringer tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps with the Stranger Things logo. Prices start at PhP 849.75. The best part? The Case Study store in Bonifacio High Street looks like it’s straight out of Hawkins.
H&M is one of the first brands to come out with a Stranger Things-inspired line of clothing and it takes inspiration from the latest season’s setting–summer of 1985. This means comfy, tropical-themed shirts and shorts, as well as bathing suit in colors and silhouettes that scream ’80s. Not all items from the collaboration are available in the country, though. Only a ringer tee, a tank top, a romper, three swim suits, and a pair of pool slippers are up for purchase online. Prices start at PhP 599.
Levi’s has always been the place to go for high-quality jeans but now, you can enter their stores to look for and find Stranger Things clothing. Their line includes graphic shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, ringer tees, pleated jeans, and even dad jeans. Just as the latest season has introduced its Starcourt Mall, Levi’s collaboration with Stranger Things will also be available in various mall locations: SM Mall of Asia, Ayala Cebu, Greenbelt 5, Robinsons Place Manila, Trinoma, Robinsons Galleria, and SM Makati. No prices are available as of writing.
