The newest horror house in the Metro— Asylum Manila has finally opened last Thursday, June 20. Yes, we hear you, you’re excited to visit this new attraction. But before scheduling your next adventure, here are the few things you need to know:

  • Location

The two-building, 50-room horror house is located in 1148 E. Rodriguez sr. ave, New Manila, Quezon. 

  • Schedule

Asylum Manila is open from Monday to Sunday from 4PM – 12 MN. 

  • Ticket Price

Ticket price varies from the day of your visit. 

On weekdays: PHP699 per ticket

On weekends: PHP799 per ticket 

But if you want to skip the the long line (yes, people are flocking in to scare themselves), you can avail their VIP tickets for PHP1200 each.

  • Things to wear

The asylum is dark and full of surprises, so we suggest you wear comfortable clothes. Preferably a pair of sneakers or rubber shoes, jeans, and t-shirt. Avoid wearing long sleeves or jackets because the temperature and adrenaline rush while roaming around the horror house are not good combination, you will surely sweat all out. 

Wearing high heels is prohibited and you will also be asked to removed your jewellery before entering the house.

  • Restrictions 

Visitors are not allowed to take video or photographs inside the haunted attraction. But don’t worry, because there are camera men inside that will capture ‘gram worthy photos for you and your friends. 

Smoking and bringing flammable materials inside the attraction are also prohibited. 

  • Health Hazards

Because of “intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment” inside the Asylum Manila, pregnant women are not allowed to visit the attraction. 

While visitors suffering from “asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia,” are advised not to enter the asylum.
