Working eight hours a day, five or six times a week can be exhausting. You can’t get enough sleep and you’ll end up skipping breakfast. Yes, we know that it’s the most important meal of the day, but sometimes there isn’t enough time to prepare everything we need for our meal. Luckily, there’s a lot easy recipes all over the internet. 1. Avocado Toast
Avocado toast may sound fancy, but it’s easy to make. Just toast bread, mash your avocados, and top with a fried egg. Aside from being a quick breakfast, avocado is also a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, and potassium.
2. Vegetable Omelette
We all love eggs for breakfast. Just put some tomatoes, onion, mushroom, spinach, and bell pepper, and voila, you have a healthier version of your favorite omelette. Pair with leftover rice for a heavier meal.
3. Quinoa Fruit Salad
If you love eating fruits, quinoa fruit salad is something you should try. Combine cooked quinoa, mango, strawberries, blueberries and nuts, and add honey and lime. Quinoa will make your normal fruit bowl healthier because it’s gluten-free, high in protein and contains all nine essential amino acids.
4. Green Smoothie
Smoothies are a perfect on-the-go snack any time of day. But not all kind of smoothies are considered healthy. If you want to have a healthier version, green smoothie is the way to go. Just mix frozen bananas, pineapple, jute or kale leaves in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
5. Flavored Oatmeal
Oatmeal is always a great option for busy mornings. Just put hot water, mix, and you’re good to go.
