Summer road trips are not complete without food, drinks, nice and comfy neck pillow, and of course, a good playlist. We’re pretty sure that you already have your favorites to listen to when traveling. But summer is a great time to discover new jams. Here are some of the freshest beats to include on your on-the-road playlist.

1. “Miracle” by CHVRCHES

Before releasing their third studio album Love Is Dead on May 25, Scottish alt-pop group CHVRCHES releases a music video for the song “Miracle.” The three-minute clip shows lead singer Lauren Mayberry wandering a hazy dystopia with brawlers and rioters. The song is one of the four available tracks from the upcoming album—including “Get Out,” “Never Say Die,” and “My Enemy.”

2. “Here Today” by Coeli

If you want something uplifting, Coeli’s “Here Today” will brighten up your day. It’s part of the singer-songwriter’s four-track EP launched last April 7. This song reminds everyone that, at the end of the day, “there’s so much wonder” in the world.

3. “No Tears Left To Cry” by Ariana Grande

Almost a year after the Manchester attack, Ariana Grande is finally back to give us new music. Her new single “No Tears Left to Cry” sounds like a gloomy ballad at first, but as she sings, “Ain’t got no tears left to cry/So I’m pickin’ it up, pickin’ it up,” it turns upbeat. The song also comes with a music video filled with hypnotic imagery.

4. “I’ll Be There” by Kiana Valenciano

After releasing her debut EP Grey, Kiana Valenciano comes out with a new single “I’ll Be There” with international recording artist and producer Marcus Davis. This track proves that the young singer-songwriter is creating her own mark in the OPM scene.

5. “Call Out My Name” by The Weeknd

Abel Tesfaye’s (a.k.a. The Weeknd) six-track album My Dear Melancholy is a sure hit. But out of the six songs, “Call Out My Name” is the most popular and controversial. With its lyrics, the song looks like it is about one of The Weeknd’s ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez. The song garnered over 117M plays on Spotify.
