With numerous box-office hit films under his belt, Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla is definitely one of the most sought after actors of today. In fact, his recent film “The Hows of Us” with his girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo is hailed as the top grossing Filipino film of all time.
And as one of the brightest young stars of this generation, Padilla serves as a role model among Filipino youths. During the Pepsi #SundinAngPuso event, MB Life asked the 24-year-old actor for advice on pursuing their passion.
The Pepsi endorser admitted that he’s not sure if he is the right person to asked for advice. “Hindi rin ako masyadong makapagbigay ng payo, because I’m still a student of life,” he said.
However, he pointed out the importance of following the heart and passion on whatever journey or career one wants to seek.
The other half of KathNiel love team also shared that just like the most of us, he also doubted some of the choices he made.
When feeling lost, the “La Luna Sanggre” actor reminded everyone to take a pause and listen to your heart. “Doon papasok yung sundin mo yung puso mo, alamin mo yung passion na yon,” he continued.
The actor then asked the Filipino youth to follow their hearts for the sake of the nation’s solidarity. Isip-isip din,” Padilla said.
When asked why he thinks that way, “kasi ngayon tayo is very divided,” he explained. “Kailangan nating magkaisa bilang mga Pilipino,” he ended.
It can be recalled that actor helped his father, Rommel Padilla during the midterm election campaign period. Rommel bid as Nueva Ecija’s first district congressman, but lost to his competitor.
