The long-wait is over! Shake Shack is finally opening their first Philippine branch in Bonifacio Global City this coming May!

After four months of waiting, Stores Specialist, Inc., (SSI), the company responsible for bringing the burger chain in Manila, revealed that it will open its first branch at the Central Square on the corner of C1 Park and 5th Avenue in BGC, next Friday, May 10.

Shake Shack is known internationally for its ShackBurger (P250/P410), SmokeShack (P365/P525), Shack-cago Dog (P250), and classic crinkle-cut fries (P130). Apart from these classic offerings, they will have a Manila-exclusive food items including the Ube Shake (P190), a dessert featuring vanilla frozen custard ice cream blended with ube and the Calamansi Limeade (P130/P160), Shake Shack’s take on their lemonade.

Frozen custard with a Pinoy twist

The menu will also highlight three unique concretes —frozen custard ice cream blended with mix-ins featuring iconic Filipino flavors: Uuuube-by baby (P250/P350), vanilla custard mixed with ube, coconut marshmallow, ube cookie, toasted coconut and crispy pinipig topped with leche flan; Shack Attack (P250/P350), chocolate custard mixed with Bucky’s original brownie, Auro chocolate chunks, Shack fudge sauce, and chocolate sprinkles; and the Calamansi Pie Oh My (P250/P350), vanilla custard mixed with calamansi pie from the local favorite Wildflour Bakery.

Five percent of sales from the Pie Oh My concrete supports Children’s Hour, an organization that supports projects on education, health and nutrition, and child welfare and development for Filipino children in need. Shake Shack has also partnered with Hope in a Bottle to offer Shack2O bottled water.

Planning to bring your fur babies at Shake Shack? Go for it because we’re sure that they will enjoy their visit, too. The brand has partnered with Whole Pet Kitchen on ShackBurger dog biscuits in both its Bag-O-Bones (P345) and Poochini (P150).

The first Shake Shack in the Philippines opens on Friday, May 10, 11am at Central Square in Bonifacio High Street, BGC. The first 100 guests in line will take home goodies.You may also enjoy the fun activities at the branch starting 9am before the restaurant opens.
