After watching the hit Netflix series Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, most of us become more organized and we’re all motivated to start decluttering our homes. But if you’re worried about where to put old but still useable pair of shoes that doesn’t spark joy anymore, check out The SM Store’s newest campaign to know how you can donate them.
From February 15 to April 15, you can bring your old pair of shoes or even brand new ones that doesn’t fit your size to any of their branches nationwide. You can get P50 discount voucher that you can use on your next shoe purchase (with a minimum single-receipt purchase of regular-priced shoes) at The SM Store. The discount coupons are valid until April 15, 2020, so you don’t need to worry about using it immediately.
The donated pairs will go to the Caritas Philippines and to SM Foundation beneficiaries. It’s a good way to help someone in need and donate things while decluttering the KonMari way.
