Just when we thought we’re finally bidding our farewell to the Pretty Little Liars, its creators announced that a spin-off series is in the works.
Today, four months after the exciting revelation, the first trailer of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists is finally out.
The new show takes us to Beacon Heights, a quaint, seemingly perfect, and overachieving community in the Pacific Northwest disturbed by an unspeakable act. “The stress of needing to be perfect, however, leads to the town’s first murder,” the synopsis reads. “Behind every Perfectionist is a secret, a lie, and a needed alibi.”
Janel Parrish and Sasha Pieterse are leading the series this time around, reprising their roles as Mona Vanderwaal and Alison DiLaurentis, respectively.
Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists will premiere on Freeform on March 20.
