“No More Bullying. Let’s end this #Krisis because I refuse to be her victim.”
This is how Nicko Falcis started his statement posted in his Facebook account as an answer to Kris Aquino’s accusations against him.
Prior to Aquino’s live video last Saturday, January 5, Falcis shared his side of story after months of silence. Falcis who graduated cum laude in the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with the course of Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy, is the former managing director of Kris Aquino Productions (KCAP), a digital company owned by The Queen of All Media.
October 12 last year, Aquino filed 44 counts of Qualified Theft against Falcis in violation of Republic Act No. 8484, also known as Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998.
According to Aquino, Falcis spent P1,270,980.31 for his personal expenditures using KCAP’s credit card without her consent.
On his status, Falcis strongly denied all of her accusations, as he is now fighting for “personal honor and excellence.”
He explained the reason why he and his family remained silent. “Unlike her, my family and I do not announce nor parade ourselves irresponsibly just to get the attention of people,” he said. “As a family of professionals, we follow the rule of law and we abide by the security protocol advised by my lawyers and family members.”
Falcis also described Aquino as a “true villain” and narrated how the 47-year-old producer bullied him:
“1) Banned me from going to her house / village and even calling me “worse than her ex-husband.”
“2) Bullied and harassed everyone around me — even to the point of hiring trolls and PR agency to message each and every friend / follower I have on social media sending links about her accusations — you would be shocked with what her resources can do.”
“3) Filed baseless cases so she can be a powerful brat/oligarch/bully forcing us into her narrative, even wanting my mom and sister to profusely apologize to her in public. FYI, she even sent advance copies of her webisodes as a threat to us and intimidate us to follow all of her orders.”
“4) Name dropping all of your connections and and army of lawyers to foreshadow your victory,” and;
“5) Her strength with her words and how she spins stories will always be a work of art. If you will deeply analyze, she NEVER denied making grave threats, but her lawyers played her meek i-am-a-mother role to diffuse the allegations.”
Falcis even said that Aquino already mastered the art of fabricating the truth.
“I just want her out of my life. She really cannot handle any form of relationships, professional and personal. I thought my stellar performance as her Manager would be my shield from her ugly side, but she needed a scapegoat to mask all of her hurt and insecurities,” he continued.
Before he ended, the accountant also shared that Aquino threatened his life. “Because I have not complied with her demands, she threatened to kill me if I return to the Philippines, destroyed my good name and reputation, and caused me and my family great hardship.”
“I would like to emphasize that her allegations against me are false and without basis. The cases she filed against me are but a part of her scheme to coerce me into involuntarily submitting to her will and complying with her unreasonable demands.”
Aquino is asking for a total of P32.27 million damage fee from Falcis.
