Despite the gloomy weather, the stars of this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) braved the rain to promote their respective movies on Sunday, December 23 in Parañaque, City.
The parade included floats featuring the ‘Magic 8’ films competing in the festival: Fantastica: The Princess, The Prince, and The Perya, Poppy En Jack: The Puliscredibles, Aurora, Girl in the Orange Dress, Otlum, One Great Love, Mary, Marry Me, and Rainbow Sunset.

However, the heavy rain caused delay in the parade, while the other floats were stuck in mud. Some celebrities left their floats and used their own cars just to join the parade.
Wawa 💔 I think we are going to have to skip the parade guys.. and meet everyone at the end point ✌🏼🛳 It’s been hours already, most of the other floats are too far ahead and it’s too hard to get the remaining floats out of the starting point. So sorry to everyone that’s waited! https://t.co/YscOPuN8ZF
