We started learning about Andres Bonifacio and the Katipunan in elementary and all know that the Supremo risked his life to achieve independence in the country. As we celebrate the 155th birth anniversary of the Father of the Philippine Revolution, here are some movies and documentaries about Bonifacio that you can watch online:

Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo (2014)

Directed by Enzo Williams, Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo follows modern-day students– Joaquin (Daniel Padilla), Andrea (Jasmine Curtis-Smith), and Gary (RJ Padilla)– who visited Museo ng Katipunan in San Juan to learn and reminisce the glory days of Andres Bonifacio (Robin Padilla).

Katipunan (2013)

Katipunan highlights the life of the Supremo, Andres Bonifacio, “the truth about the intrigues and in-fighting within the Katipunan, and the heroes and heels of the Philippine Revolution.” The docudrama aims to present the life of Bonifacio before the formation KKK up to the surrender of Emilio Aguinaldo to Americans.
