Do you have original music you’ve been wanting to let the public hear? This might just be the “big break” you’ve been waiting for.
The Rest Is Noise PH, a local music event production aiming to champion underrated homegrown talents, is looking for performers to feature at their first ever Open Mic gig on April 10.
A total of 13 performers – soloists, duos, or groups of three or more – will be allowed to play a set of not more than three tracks. Their music genre also has to fall under these categories: indie rock, alternative rock, shoegaze, dream-pop, electronic, house/deep house, ambient, hip-hop, trip-hop, jazz, soul, alt-R&B, twee, folk, post-rock, math-rock, and experimental.
Together with Vandals on The Wall and Gabi Na Naman Productions, the gig will take place at the famed live music venue Route 196, Katipunan Avenue. You and crew can head straight to the venue to register, which will start at 8 p.m. and will end at 10:30 p.m. Door charge is P100 only.
Tickets to #IISA3D and Summer Noise: A The Rest Is Noise Show will also be sold at the event. However, tickets to both shows will also be given away by the end of the night so make sure to stick around.
